Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This site, MinnesotaJackson.com, is run by Danby Publishing. We care about the privacy of the kids and families who visit.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the Join the Team form: a detective's first name (optional) and a grown-up's email address. We do not ask for last names, addresses, phone numbers, photos or ages.

How we use it

We use the email to send bonus mini-mysteries, printable badges and news about new Minnesota Jackson books. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Kids and grown-ups

The form asks for a grown-up's email so that a parent or guardian is in charge of signing up. Kids should ask a grown-up before filling it out. If you believe a child sent us information without a grown-up's permission, contact us and we will delete it.

Unsubscribe or delete

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your information at any time.

Services we use

This site is hosted on Netlify, which also processes the sign-up form. Buy buttons send you to Amazon, which has its own privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
